Often staff is less trained than you might imagine and can give information to your guests that is incorrect. I have seen first-hand tasting room staff tell guests something factually wrong about the wine they are pouring; ignore guests and even be downright dismissive.

Hotels & B&B’s:
Attention to detail is essential in any lodging. Having reviewed properties for magazines, travel articles, blogs and radio, and included “Top Pick” accommodations in my three national travel books, I know what constitutes a good night’s stay.
